MB TMA Survey Prize Rules

2026 Survey Prize Entry – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

  1. Sponsor: Mission Bay TMA (the “Sponsor”).
  2. Eligibility: Open to California residents age 18 or older. Entries submitted by individuals under 18 are ineligible. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.
  3. How to Enter: Complete the entry form between 10/29/26 and 11/25/26 at 11:59PM PST. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries, entries lacking the required name or contact information, and additional entries submitted under different names or email addresses will be disqualified. The entry form is available at the conclusion of the Mission Bay TMA Annual Commute Survey. Survey responses do not influence winner selection.
  4. Prizes: Twenty (20) gift cards valued at $25 each, for a total prize value of $500. Four (4) gift cards will be awarded from each of the following businesses: Cafe Reveille, Zocalo Coffee, Casey’s Pizza, Gus’s and Philz (subject to change). Each winner will receive one (1) gift card, with participating businesses assigned at random. These businesses are not sponsors of the giveaway.
  5. Winner Selection: 20 winners and 10 alternates will be selected by random drawing on 12/15/26.
  6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email or phone within 5 days of the drawing. Each winner must respond within three (3) business days of notification to claim the prize.
  7. Unclaimed Prizes: Alternates will be selected in random order at the time of the drawing. If a winner fails to respond within three (3) business days, the prize will be offered to the next alternate, who will have three (3) business days to respond. Prizes remaining unclaimed after all alternates have been contacted will be forfeited and may be retained by the Sponsor for a future giveaway.
  8. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered electronically or by mail at no cost to the winners. A mailing address may be requested if needed for delivery. No payment or banking information will be required to claim a prize.
  9. Winner Announcement: By entering, participants agree that, if selected as winners, their first name and last initial may be published on the Sponsor’s website, social media channels, and email newsletter. Winners will be announced after they have accepted their prizes.
